Deadly Motorcycle Crash in Limassol

A 24-year-old Russian man was killed in a motorcycle accident this morning, said police today, while his passenger, 25, was seriously injured.

The accident happened at 3am when the motorcyclist lost control of his high-powered bike which veered out of control and overturned on the tarmac. The driver and passenger were taken to Limassol General Hospital where the 24-year-old was declared dead on arrival.

Limassol traffic police are investigating the accident.
