FXPro Plans to Float on AIM
Cyprus-based forex trader FXPro Financial Services has announced it will float 30 percent of its existing share capital on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange in October 2010.
Macquarie Capital (Europe) Limited is acting as sole bookrunner to the transaction, said a company spokesman.
FxPro is a group which started trading in late 2007 as an online financial services business. The company employs over 160 people worldwide and is headquartered in Limassol.
The company also recently announced the appointment of former finance minister Michael Sarris to its board of directors.
