Man Arrested after Limassol Grenade Explosion

A 40-year-old man has been remanded for five days in an investigation into a hand grenade explosion outside a 41-year-old Limassol woman's home, said police.

No one was hurt in the explosion, which damaged a neighbor's car outside the woman's house. A police spokeswoman said that there is no information about the man's motives and the investigation has just started.

The 40-year-old suspect was arrested in the early morning hours of January 26th  by Limassol crime police.
