Dangerous Water Dispenser Taken Off Market
An electric water dispenser made by Malber has been described as dangerous and taken off the market, said the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department this morning.
The importer is Andreas Charalambous, the manufacturer is Tall & Short Industrial Corp and the type is AX-2701. Consumers who already own the dispenser are urged not to use it.
"The dispenser is constructed in a way that poses a substantive and serious risk to users," said the EMS in a statement.
Consumers seeking clarification can contact the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection on 1429.
