by Wilhemina de Boer...Practice compassion today for yourself, instead of judging yourself, encourage yourself in all you do today.
Do today something you didn't dare to do before, like holding a speech, diving in the pool, approaching someone you like, but never talked to out of fear. You will find out that when you don't tell yourself off, your fears disappear or at least seem not so prominent as you thought.
Feel love for the person that you are, smile into the mirror and give yourself some praise, remember that you will see that face till the end of your days in this world. Practice compassion today and tomorrow you will dare to challenge life even more.
Every sign or guidance you get now, is meant to be followed up in the now, not doing it tomorrow.
